This is a barn find matching numbers 79 Bonneville Special project with MI title in my name. Engine/frame numbers are T140D EA21868 and motor belly numbers match on the cases. I washed off the wheels and Lester mags in nice shape but would benefit from polish and repaint.Whole bike basically needs restoration, but is 99% complete with 5886 miles on Veglia instruments.Stale gas in tank - gold pinstriping on tank and side covers appears original but different to 'scallop' design I have seen on other models. Motor turns over and throttle moves - you may be able to try and start it. Key is stuck in ignition.Mouse nest under seat where battery is - they chewed the original seat cover too.Lucas headlamp lens (Euro spec), indicator lens and original tail lamp lens all appear in great condition.
