OVERVIEW: (PRICE 29,999) I am selling this rare beauty. Triumph made just over 8000 of these vehicles for the US market and only ran for 1 year - 1968. Renown author/collector car expert Bill Piggott in his book: Original Triumph TR, ISBN 1-870979-24-9 estimated just 600 of these models remain on the road in the Worldwide. You never see this car anywhere. You will get looks within minutes of being on the road. Take it to car shows and it immediately strikes up conversations from both young and old. Everyone appreciates this car. Its amazing to drive with a really nice exhaust gargle on the down shift. It has plenty of power and never leaves you wanting more. The 4 speed manual gearbox is mounted just below the shifter so no linkage to ruin the rewarding experiences of the mechanical click when shifting through gears. I inherited the car after 24 years of sitting in a old hardwood Gym floor along with other classic cars. The car has been brought back to life and have been enjoying it for a while now. The car has a little over 30,000 original miles and NO RUST.
