Up for sale is this unrestored 1957 L240 Agave Green Volkswagen Beetle. The car is 6v, very cool, in driver quality condition, unrestored and is not perfect. Ideal for someone who wants to enjoy driving a stock 60 year old time capsule, or it's a very good candidate for restoration. All of the parts seem to be original, including the glass, and it has matching numbers body and pan. The heater channels, rockers and pillars are in good shape, and the pans have been replaced. The 36hp engine was rebuilt a year ago by Smith Foreign, and the car runs, drives and stops with new brakes. Needs headliner, and choke cable. Clear title in hand. Will accommodate international buyers. The pictures speak for themselves, but feel free to view the car before the end of the auction.
