For your consideration is my very clean and very original 1970 Candy Blue / Green CT70H. This bike has surprisingly not been tampered with in any way that I can tell over all these years. All parts seem to be original and untouched on the bike. I bought this bike four years ago to add to my collection but now I need to thin out the herd and sadly it has to go. It was found by a friend of mine in the Pennsilvaynia area and purchased from the original owner. Sadly he did not still have any of the original paperwork after all these years. This bike was not the typical bike that a young person got a hold of and did what we did to them. The bike still has everything original to it even the back tire which naturally shows the wear of 1568.5 country miles. The paint does have some light signs of patina but exceptional given a bike that's 47 years old. It does have the usual chips around the key from other keys banging into the frame and some signs of gas being over filled and spilling down the side of the left side of the frame. The paint still looks very good but is just slightly faded on that part of the frame. The headlight bucket is free of any cracks or fading as it seems this bike never sat outside. The bars are straight and grips show no sign of being laid down. The bike still has the original dealer decal on the chain guard from Easton, PA. Although faint you can still read it. Being that the rear tire is worn but still original, I didn't want to change it just for esthetic purposes. The tires show no signs of checkering and I have coated them with rubber conditioner to preserve them, and no it's not Armor-All plastered all over them!I've had the bike sitting for four years and have never needed to add air to the tires.The seat is original and is in near perfect condition. Hard to believe it's made it all these years with out hardly a scratch. Seat pan is free of cracks and still holds the original tool kit. The fuel tank cover has the usual peeling paint from fuel spillage but is free of rust. Battery area is exceptionally clean and I do not see a lot of signs of battery acid damage. The engine guard is very clean and given that the gentleman gently rode this bike it does not have any damage from going over rocks or trail debris, all the chrome is in very nice condition and just had light rust under the fenders that I've cleaned up.The Exhaust Pipe is in very good condition. It has the usual rust around the joint but very clean otherwise. I've used a high resolution camera to help you zoom in on the bike with out it blurring or pixelating. Nothing at all to hide on this bike and you'll be able to see how it has been so nicely preserved. With the purchase of the Bike I will include a new maintenance free battery and OEM Honda battery cover. The bike has a current Clear Non-Opp Virginia Title and has no outstanding back fees.
