Up for auction is a 1975 Honda cl360, serial number CL360-2021545 with 2100 original miles. It does not smoke when running or leak oil or gas when sitting. The bike runs strong with compression within the normal range of 171 pounds. All electrics work, horn, lights, turn signals, and starter. The clutch is fine and transmission shifts as it should through all six gears. Kick starter works fine as well. New carburetor kits have been installed along with new floats. It has been tuned up with new points and condenser. As you can see from the pictures the paint on the frame, gas tank and side covers look almost new. The top of the gas tank has no fading. The chrome is excellent but with maybe a tiny pit here and there . The paint also has some tiny specks here and there, but hardly noticeable. The seat is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, or holes. Even when new in the showroom you could find some imperfections. It has a new sealed battery. The tires are original with slight dry rot as you would expect. It has 2 keys that work the ignition, seat, and front fork lock. For a better appearance I placed front 1971 cb500 Four turn signal stems on, and 1971 cb100 turn signal stems on the rear. The original stems come with the bike, and are in excellent condition. It also comes with original tool kit, owner's manual, shop manual, and Clymer manual. Over all on a scale of 1-10 I believe in my opinion this bike is a 9 +. I am selling this bike because I feel uncomfortable riding it for fear I may put a scratch or chip on it. I cannot tell the winning bidder what to do with this bike, but I am hoping a collector or a museum will win it. The bike comes with many new and used parts: a used upper exhaust pipe and muffler (solid), a new lower muffler, 2 new sets of points and condenser, new set of standard rings for the pistons, new engine gasket set, new engine oil seal kit, new engine right side cover gasket, new carb. gasket sets, new valve guide seals, 2 new dyno gaskets, 2 new exhaust pipe gaskets, 2 new spark plugs, new set of dyno screws, new 17 tooth counter shaft sprocket, 2 new lower exhaust tube gaskets, new screws for engine right side cover and dyno cover, used starter magnetic switch, used silicone rectifier, used voltage regulator, 2 new front shock seals, new dyno cover rubber O ring gaskets, and various other O rings that I do not remember what they are for, but they have the part numbers on them. As you can guess by now there is a high reserve on this Gem! There is no warranty written, expressed, or implied. The winning bidder is responsible for pick up.
