It handles and drives like a dream with precise steering and tight suspension! She is in perfect mechanical conditions! Drives super smooth and sporty like all BMW's do! No noises from anywhere! This AWD Wagon is a true pleasure to drive with plenty of power and smooth acceleration! It comes with a FREE Engine and transmission warranty valid at any BMW dealership NATION WIDE! Worry free purchase! No oil leaks! Air suspension in the rear works perfect! Only message on the dashboard is the TPS (Tire Pressure Sensor), one of the sensors must be bad. Besides that she is ready to be picked up and driver her back home anywhere in the country! Cosmetic Condition This Touring Wagon comes in White exterior paint with deep shine and gloss as shown in the pictures! Some minor scratches here and there. Carfax does show a minor accident back in 2011, but I found no signs of paint work. All panels and bumper are factory original! The rear bumper is missing the little cap and has some minor scratches. The rear automatic hatch door is a tiny bit misaligned on the left side, but I was reading on the forums this is a common issue since BMW installed the mechanical arm that opens the door on this side. No water or air comes in when driving and the door functions perfectly. The interior leather is in great condition with no tears or rips. This is a NON SMOKER BMW! Still has that fresh BMW leather interior smell. Some minor stains on the carpets from normal wear and use. The panoramic sunroof is inop, but the main interior sunroof cover opens and closes fine with the button. Just the glass sunroof does not open unfortunately. Some minor interior cosmetics on the doors common with BMW's, but overall the interior is a great 8 out of 10 I would say! COLD A/C! All power windows and locks work perfect. Power seats work perfectly as well. Terms of Sale Method of payment is Cash (in-person), Cashiers Check, or Bank wire transfer. A non refundable $500 deposit is due after 24 hours end of auction, and full payment must be received 2 days after. This vehicle is sold AS-IS. I inspected the vehicle and found no defects or problems. All Inspections must be performed prior to bidding and are encouraged. Keep in mind these are used vehicles expect some wear, some vehicles may have minor hairline scratches. A $199.00 dealer fee applies.
