**NO RESERVE AUCTION** This Bus is a true rust free survivor with original paint and great patina. New Mexico (rust free) Bus, still has the original dealer sticker on the back. I purchased this Bus from the 2nd owner who was a VW mechanic and had owned it for 25 years, it was kept in a garage for most of that time. Paint is 90% original and still has a good sheen (it looks like the rear corner was repainted once). The original camper parts are all there including the upper bed and child/pet cot. Runs and drives but will need some tuning for use as a daily driver. has a small amount of surface rust in some spots but no rot. The previous owner added a Weber carb. I have too many VWs so unfortunately I have to let this Gem go. Could be used for driving/camping as is or an easy restoration, would take a small amount of work to get this bus looking really amazing but I don't have time with my other projects, so I want to see it get a good home.
