This has been stripped down to the frame and rebuilt, replacing all bearings, bushings, etc. the 9 inch rear end, 3 speed transmission, & 302 engine have been completely rebuilt. The motor was stripped to the block and had everything replaced, all bearings, pistons, aluminum heads, cam, roller rockers, carburetor, everything. I have $5k wrapped up in the engine alone. Brakes are original hubs, but all brakes parts have been replaced along with all wheel bearings, etc. All rusted areas on firewall, floorboards, and steps, have been cut out and replaced with fresh metal. Lower rear cab corners are rusted out, however, I have new corners that will sell with the truck. Steering and leaf spring suspension are original, but the shocks and tie rods have been replaced. Tires are like new and the exhaust is all new. Seat frame has no issues and was re-foamed and re-upholstered. Interior also has new carpet. Issues: King Pins were replaced, but they'll need an oversize kit installed to stiffen up the play.Oil pressure gauge doesn't read and I believe it's in the wiring. I'm sure an easy fix.Horn doesn't work. There was an electrical issue with the relay and I simply never fixed it.Windshield wiper system is all original, but I haven't hooked it up. It could be made to work.Original heater works but needs to be wired up and vent tubes installed.No headliner. Issues are all minor, this truck is truly a fun driver rat rod.
