This is a 2002 Cadillac DeVille DTS with high mileage, approximately 195k. It was my daily driver until last week, when the radiator gave out on a trip to Phoenix. In lieu of fixing it, I opted to purchase a new vehicle and have moved on. I have driven this car for the past 15 years and most all of the miles are mine. It has been well maintained during its lifespan and aside from the recent issues, is in fair condition for its age. The car is being sold 'AS IS WHERE IS' and will need to be picked up, as it is currently not drivable. Mechanical Condition - As mentioned above, the car is in need of a new radiator. Also, the gear shifter is having difficulty getting the car into gear. This happened immediately after the radiator gave out, so I am not sure what the issue is with the gear shifter. Up to the radiator giving out, the transmission and gear shifter were smooth. The engine is a 32V V8 Northstar engine. The engine starts up fine and runs. All other mechanical aspects of the car function in fair condition for the car's age. Exterior Condition - The car has scuffs, scratches, and small dings from regular use for its age. The paint is fading on the right side of the vehicle. The glass is all fine with no major pits, scratches, or cracks. The glass is tinted but shows wear (small scratches). The car has premium chrome wheels and the tires have tread left on them. Interior - The car has a gray leather interior and the leather is in good condition. There are no tears, cracks, or other major defects other than minor wear. The power seats function perfectly and the front seats are heated and have a massaging function. There is a premium Bose sound system and all speakers work well. It has an in-dash GPS system and all gauges work fine. The air conditioning functions well and is cold. The interior is in really good condition for the car's age. If you are mechanically inclined, this car can be brought back to a daily driving condition. It would also do well as a parts car, as these vehicles are worth far more in regards to parts value than their vehicular value. The chrome rims alone sell for $1,000, plus the glass, seats, components, parts, etcetera, you could easily make several thousand in parting it out. Title is clear and registration was renewed in April for a year so the tags are new. I have the registration and title in-hand for a quick transfer.
