1968 Ford Mustang Coupe. Numbers matching 289-2V, and C4 automatic transmission. Engine was rebuilt approximately 4000 miles ago, transmission about 2500 miles ago. Engine runs good, starts reliably, transmission shifts great with no issues. The interior is in good shape, no glaring flaws. The exterior is in decent shape, the paint job shines nice, but has some flaws. Additionally, the driver's side fender has a dent that cracked the paint. A repair was started, but never finished, it will need the body work on the fender finished, and the spot painted, along with the front valance. I have a new front bumper still in the packaging, just needs the valance painted and installed first. Electrically speaking, the car is good, all the gauges, lights, horn, etc. all work with the exception of the ammeter and factory oil pressure gauge, as there is an aftermarket gauge that serves that duty. Mechanically, the car is in pretty good shape, as it is driven on a regular basis, however, it could use new tie rod ends and ball joints. There is a small header exhaust leak also. The car is setup with manual brakes and steering, however I do have a complete power steering setup that is included, with a pump, center link, control valve, cylinder, and hoses. The main thing the car needs is the fender and valance painted, and a front end alignment. However, it is a daily driver as it is. It is a rust free car.
