Hello, I am attempting to transfer lease ownership on my Mercedes-Benz GLC300. This car was leased from Park Place Motorcars in Grapevine, TX with an original lease term of 36 months, a mileage allowance of 15,000 per year, and a monthly payment of $489.89. There are 30 months remaining on the lease with an expiration date of 09/15/2019. As of today, the vehicle has 10,200 miles on it and is in exceptional condition. Some of the upgraded features (as seen in the attached pictures) include: AMG wheels, Burmester sound system, and a panoramic glass roof. Additionally, included in the lease is the Mercedes-Benz service package (rolled into the monthly payment) and free car washes for the life of the lease if you're located near any Park Place dealership.If interested, please note that Mercedes-Benz Financial charges a $595 transfer fee and an application fee of $50, all of which will be paid by the Transferee in this case. In addition to the fees listed above, I am also asking for a one-time payment of $5,000 to recoup a portion of the $11,000 I put down on the lease when it initially began in September 2016. The $11,000 down payment allowed me to get the monthly payment below $500 and is on the low end when comparing to other MB lease options.
