Great Garage Find: 1968 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible. The code 836 on the cowl tag is gold Super Sport interior. The car was built in Tarrytown NY, the first week of December, 1967 Powered by the matching 327 small block V8 engine and 3-speed automatic transmission. Under the hood, the carburetor was recently rebuilt but the 327 remains unchanged, this whole car is as near original as you can get but it may of had a repaint some years ago. Chrome is in very good condition. Power Convertible Top works the way it should and is in perfect condition, no tears, fading or stains. This car is recently detailed; clean and solid with a clean under carriage. Runs and Drives great.
