This is a 1996 Honda Goldwing Aspencade GL1500 which I purchased on June 3, 2006 from the original owner. The motorcycle’s title is clear. After purchasing it, I drove it for about 4 years, until I had quadruple bypass surgery. Bypass surgery, was followed by a three disk cervical fusion on my neck about 6 months later, so the bike was not driven for a year. When I finally got strong enough to ride, I found that I was not happy with my lack of strength and difficulty holding the bike up at a stop or while backing up. I then purchased a Voyager Bike Kit from mtcvoyager.com to solve my problem and continued to ride. The Goldwing has been in that configuration from 2010 till now (2017). The Voyager Kit included 14” Deluxe Wheels, and the Deluxe Light Set. Total package was over $4800.00. The bike is mechanically sound with no problems noted. Oil was recently changed about 500 miles ago. The bike has over $1000 worth of chrome added since it was purchased. There is also cup holders front and back. Front chrome drink cup holder is chrome and is removable. Disk brake and clutch calipers were recently rebuilt and speed bleeders installed. The factory horn was removed due to its lack of volume and replaced with a compact air horn on the right front side of the bike. Tires are in like new condition. The odometer reads 17, 926 original miles. The condition of the paint is excellent. There are deer alert whistles attached to the front fork to warn deer of your approach (wind activated). Under one of the back mounts (there are four) of the chrome luggage rack which is on top of the center luggage compartment, there is a hair-line crack. The battery on the bike was recently replaced (2016) and the bike also comes with a Smart Charger which keeps the bike topped off and not over charged. This particular charger is recommended for all batteries which are not in continuous use (motorcycles, lawnmowers, etc.) as it extends the overall life of the battery. The bike also has installed lighted turn signal arrows mounted on the side mirrors. The generator on the bike is manufactured by Compu-Fire Performance Products and offers significant increase in voltage, wattage, and overall cranking power. Compu7-Fire is a $1000 dollar upgrade.There is a radio, cassette player, connection for other players with adjustable voltage, built in intercom for radio, passenger, and connected helmets. Extras, include sample waterless, wax/cleaner, cleaning wax foam full size can, magic cloth, new oil filter, oil filter remover tool, one gallon 10W-40 Amsoil Synthetic Oil, full bike cover, took kit and Stop and Go Fix-n-Flat motorcycle tire repair kit. It also comes with a Clymer Repair and Maintenance Manual. Two HJC Helmets, sizes XL and M with open faced headset (mics and speakers in helmets) in padded zippered carrying cases, which plugs into the Goldwing Intercom System are not included but are available for purchase for an additional $300.00. The color of the bike is Pearl Sparkling Blue, sometimes referred to as Electric Blue. The antenna also folds down so you can cover the bike. One additional note is that on the passenger rear fender of the Voyager Trike there is a ding which was repaired and painted.
