FOR SALE 1996 Toyota Celica GT Convertible, 2.2L 4cyl, Automatic, 164,000 miles. I am only the third owner of this 21 year old car, and have owned it for 7 months. Selling because I have a new car. The car is a daily runner and in good condition, however shows the usual wear and tear expected on a car of this age. Also CARFAX reports some previous accident damage. There is a dent in the rear passenger side wing and the drivers side rear wing body paint is not perfect. There are other dents and marks on wings and on the bonnet. The photos were taken last summer after I purchased the car and gave it a good clean & polish. The original aluminum wheels are discolored and have dents/rash etc. The interior is OK but the drivers seat edge has split stitching and covered with black masking tape, however could be repaired. I did get the soft top working, however one motors split pin has sheared and will need replacing. You can pull the soft top back manually. The aerial on the rear wing does not operate in/out but does receive a signal. After market radio fitted. Since I've owned the car its had all oils changed, water pump and timing belt changed and a new battery. I love this little car, it has a lot of style and gets a lot of nice comments. It runs nicely and good for plenty of miles yet. The car is sold as seen with no warranty. Successful bidder will have to collect from Goose Creek, South Carolina.
