The BAD first: This Jeep was auction-purchased as Police Seizure vehicle from Libertyville Police Dept NOXIOUS ODORVillage of Libertyville, Il staff placed industrial-strength mothballs in the vehicle that left an odor that is not removable. The smell is so strong that it is doubtful the leather interior can be salvaged- I did not try/spray any Febreeze, etc.. Driving with the windows down is the only way to avoid the unsafe and overpowering noxious fumes. NO REFUNDS. BAD BRAKESVehicle is very unsafe to drive ELECTRICAL ISSUESSome windows/locks work sporadically. There is (common) issue with heater box that drains battery. Will need new battery, can be jumped to get on trailer. other issues include dents, rust, scratches or other items not mentioned. The Good- Vehicle starts and drives. Made it 60 miles. 5 decent tires on alloy rims. Not too rusty. Jeep is pretty quick. Last looser who 'won' never responded. Don't bid if you cant pay or are going to flake out.
