BAD TRANSMISSION, THIS CAR WILL NOT MOVE, BEING SOLD FOR PARTS OR REPAIR! NOT DRIVEABLE! 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid. 143k miles. I purchased this vehicle at auction and on the way home with it discovered the transmission had a severe shudder when taking off, I drained and refilled the fluid (using the correct cvt fluid) and after that it seemed fine. A few days later a customer was test driving it and said it made a loud bang and now the transmission will no longer pull. It will not go into forward or reverse. The car is in decent shape overall other than needing the transmission repaired or replaced so hopefully there is a Civic Hybrid fan out there who can use this car. You will need a trailer, dolly, or rollback to move the car because it will not move at all. The engine starts and runs great. The check engine light is on and displays the following codes: P0717 Turbine/input shaft speed sensor circuit no signal P0700 Transmission control system mil request P0420 Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (bank 1) The only payment method I will accept is cash at pickup. The buyer will need to move the car within 7 days of purchase. Ga residents- Add $131.25 TAVT plus $18 title transfer fee to the bid price. This covers the title ad valorem tax charged by the state and also includes the cost of transferring the title into your name. This is mandatory and is charged by the state of Ga.
