This is a beautifully maintained 2011 Honda Civic EX 4-door sedan that's been meticulously maintained by one mechanic for its original owner since it was purchased new in November 2010. All regular maintenance and oil changes have been consistently completed on schedule or slightly early throughout its life. As an example, the most recent work done on this car is as follows: new battery (January 2016)new front and rear brakes (April 2016)full 75,000 mile maintenance plus 2 new tires (September 2016)new muffler (December 2016)all new windshield wiper blades (December 2016)complete pre-sale inspection by mechanic (December 2016) This car was broken in gently, exactly per the specifications in its owners manual. The original owners manual, spare tire (with jack), valet key, & both original driver keys/remotes are all included and all functional. In fact, all equipment, lights, controls, etc., are in excellent working order. The car does have a few tiny dents and scratches (e.g. door "dings") on its exterior. Completely clean driving record: no accidents or collisions. It was owned by a smoker so there are a few cigarette burns on the driver's seat, rear seat, and floor mats (but not on the floor itself). There are also some minor back seat stains made by an energetic toddler. The driver's door seal and seat, as shown in the photo, does show some wear consistent with its mileage and overall use. However, please also note that this vehicle was professionally cleaned, shampooed, and detailed in January 2017, and therefore now looks and smells amazing! As you can see by now, this vehicle was very well loved and cared for, but sadly just isn't large enough for the owner's growing family, so we are seeking its new loving home. One final note about pricing, offers, and the eBay sales process: The higher of the two numbers in the two screenshots (at the end of the photos section of this listing) is the Buy It Now price. Best Offers totaling less than the lower number, as well as offers to conclude the deal for cash without an official eBay sale, will be automatically rejected. The eBay system is designed to protect both the buyer and the seller in these types of transactions and it makes no sense to us to pay for the listing and then forfeit those protections. Also, the only reason this car is being sold at all is to save the cost of insuring and driving three vehicles when the family needs only two vehicles, so we simply have no incentive to accept an offer that's below this car's Kelly Blue Book price range.
