This is a 2000 VW Beetle GL with a manual 5 speed transmission. We purchased this for our son but he is thinking a pickup truck /SUV would better suite his needs. The car runs and drives well. It is a used car, so its not perfect- there are some small issues like with any 16 year old vehicle. The air bag light is on- when I looked it up online it said one of the issues they had was with a wire under the seat. We always made sure the oil was changed.
