This is an auction for a 1995 M-B S500. While this Benz is in fair condition, it is 22 years old and has some issues. Unfortunately we did not pay close attention. Last month we took it the a local dealer to trade it in and were told the car has over 200,000 miles on it - the odometer shows 102,xxx! The dealer was kind enough to show us the carfax (which we should have done before buying it) and would not take it in trade. Conclusion: The car functions as it should, more or less, and I have done my best to accurately describe it. I make no representations nor guarantees, warranties, express or implied, because I am NOT a mechanic and I am NOT in the automotive industry. This is a 22-year- old vehicle, and will have minor imperfections that I might have missed. Feel free to ask questions before you bid. A deposit of $250 is due within 48 hours of auction close via PayPal, with the balance in certified funds, or cash, within 7 days of Auction close. The car will not be released until funds clear.
