Ok, third time is the charm. I am reposting this due to one fake bidder (reported), 2 promises to buy with no follow through, and 2 price drops. If this does it does not sell by close of this auction, I will donate this car to charity for the tax write off but I will not give this car away. Understand, for this price, you are getting a running 3rd gen camaro. It is not perfect, it needs work, it does drive fine, but it's 25 and , as I stated, I bought it as a project for restoration. Do not expect a new car.. it isn't. It will make a great resto project that you can drive while restoring. With all of that said, Greetings folks! Life has delivered another gut punch and its forcing me to sell my sons and my project.. This is a 1992 Camaro RS.. We traded this about 2 years ago for a van we didn't need any more. My son has been driving it for the last year or so.. Its has a very solid 305 (converted to an intake with an edelbrock carb).. It starts first time every time. The carb was rebuilt about 8 months ago. My son has tuned it here and there so it probably needs a good tune. The transmission was replaced about 6 months ago (700R4 bought on ebay) .. We haven't driven it much since we got the transmission but it seems a bit soft to me but doesn't slip or jump gears) We just installed a new stereo as well. I installed smoked glass T-Tops (I pitched the old ugly plastic ones) We installed tires in april and they are still at least 70% tread. We installed a cowl hood and cutout for the air cleaner.. It works well and looks cool from inside the car. The AC compressor is connected but the condenser has been disconnected.. WE had meant to reconnect it but never got to it. I have never been able to get the gauge cluster to work but Ill let that be your first project. She is not a new car by any means and needs some work but shes a decent daily driver until your done.
