This is a wonderful 1989 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce. When I purchased this car it had been in storage for about 9 years and I was intending to make this a project car but time does not permit. The car is in excellent mechanical condition. Prior owner replaced the clutch, throw-out bearing and mass air flow sensor. The car has new Michelin tires, new battery and new fuel pump and filter. The car starts and runs great. The paint is average and there are a few small spots of surface rust (less than ¼”). The convertible top is in great condition with no rips or tears, rear window is clear. The car will need some interior cosmetic work on the door panels and will probably need interior carpet at some point. The gauges work with the exception of the odometer. It worked when I picked up the car but has since quit working. The A/C does not work but the blower does work. The cable in the passenger side electric window mechanism has unwound from the motor (motor works). The shocks are good but due to sitting, the suspension bushings are dry and squeak (can be lubricated). As with most Alfa’s of this age it will need tie rod ends and an alignment. This is not a perfect car, but is a solid great running car, perfect for the weekend trips with the top down. Shipping can be arranged if necessary.
