73 VW Westy, automatic with a 2.0 hyd lifter engine. For an east coast bus this one is pretty solid. Needs work in the usual bus areas and had some crappy patches done prior to my ownership. Had all intentions of building this one but got a 73 riviera I'm going to do instead due to the double bed in the top for my 2 kids. All new parts with only a couple of hundred miles on them but also a couple years old:Has Weber 40 idfs on it that were cleaned and jetted for this engine by john at Aircooled.net, 4 correct load rated hankook tires, 2 new heater boxes, and pertronix electronic ignition. Come with a new bus depot tent and seal still in the packaging. Bus runs good and drives. Brake booster is bad but have it plugged for now, brakes work including the e brake. I would do a couple things before making it a DD: redo fuel lines, go through brake system and replace booster, replace muffler, have trans shop hook up gauges and adjust the pressure of the automatic. It shifts into all gears just not quite right. With those things done this thing will be ready to drive as work on the body. Let me know if you have any questions, Dan.
