**Complete frame of restoration !! **** This a 1998 tj wrangler , Vortec 5.7 v8 efi . 37k on engine but ( 0 Miles on Build ) i am going to attempt to list everything i've done to it, buts it's going to be hard , so here i go. ENGINE: 350 5.0 efi new water pump alternator, pulleys , belts. hoses, headers,water pump, belt tensioner ,2 core aluminum radiator ,power steering pump ,high speed electric fan with adjustable thermostat , plugs, wires ,distributor , oil pan , gave the wiring harness a big diet , battery , power steering cooler , clutch slave , clutch bearing , clutch, new throttle position sensor , new map sensor , new efi spyper , new coil , etc GAUGES : Marshal electronic gauges ie: tack , speedo push button calibration , temp , fuel , volts , oil temp , walbro fuel pump STEERING : new ram 2500 power steering box , cross over steering FRONT AXLE : wagoneer dana 44 4/10 new calipers , brake pads rotor , lines bearing tnt 4 link truss , brackets and bushings , ball joints upper and lower , warn manual locking hubs , sandblasted and repainted REAR AXLE : ford 8.8 4/10 new ballistic fab triangulated truss , ring and pinion , bearings /seal /bushings , brakes , ,pads , rotors , lines , 1 1/4 wheel spacers , new e brake cables , sand blasted and repainted DRIVE TRAIN : chevy nv 3500 5 speed , 231 c transfer case with shorty driveshaft adapter, tom woods drive shafts SUSPENSION : Clayton ( style) long arm suspension with adjustable heim joints , 4 inch lift coil springs , long through shocks 3/16 rocker pane guards , spring loaded steps BODY : Tub 0 Rust Colorado high desert tub and Frame ( NO PATCH PANELS) , all cleaned prep , primed painted and body schultz underneath , prep, prime and painted body and body schultz inside tuband 1/2 doors ,front fenders and fender flares , new windshield and gaskets , 52 inch creed light bar , inner and outer door handles , ,Bedrug carpet throughout , roll bar covers , 4 speaker sound bar with dome lights , grab handles . factory tilt steering wheel , rear gate and latches , smitty rear bumper with swing out tire carrier and front bumper with 20 creed light bar and 9000lbs superwinch , TIRES : TOYO OPEN-COUNTRY 35 x 13.5 x 15 LIKE NEW !! Also rim for spare tire ( tire not included) OTHERS PARTS : , 1/2 door soft tops . I also have full doors in nice shape that need to be painted to match , soft top door surrounds for full doors , and nice clean hard top with all good glass in brown to be painted. Im sure im forgetting some things but it's been a year and a half project. Its ready for the road , just needs its first 4 wheel alignment . Im ready for my next project .
