Look at this awesome Ford! Good ol' red. 1959 Ford F100 short-bed, small back window, with the original 292 V8 engine. 2 wheel drive. Runs! Not seized.When I purchased this truck from it's previous owner, I had him pour a little gas in the carburetor and it did fire right up. So that's a good sign! 4 speed manual tranny. Someone did install power windows once upon a time (that don't work) (has to be the wiring?) The body is very straight (I was surprised) there are two rust spots where the hood sits on the body (towards the back kind of by the hinges) not very big spots at all and is pretty much the only rust spots! May need a new tailgate as you can see in the picture something is weird with it? There is one small dent in the back of the bed. I did remove the seat and flush the tank. It needs a new radiator (old one is cracked), new hose for the fuel line (where the tank and fuel line meet), and a master cylinder as the brakes don't work. Not sure the condition of the clutch. It seems to go into all the gears and the clutch seems to have some give. But I have not gotten too much into this truck. All the lights and blinkers work. Has a new ignition. Will come with the old seat and radiator. Interior is pretty much all there. The headliner is in great shape. If you're wondering what happened to the paint on the one side, the previous owner said that someone put their burn barrel too close to the truck... :( But just needs sanded! Way awesome project that wouldn't take much to get going! I'm just not much of a Ford guy... I'd rather have a trans am. :) So I'm willing to let this awesome truck go to someone who has the money to fix it up and will appreciate it! Sold as is. Buyer is responsible for pickup or delivery.
