Up for sale is my 1985 Honda CR500, this bike has been taken down to the frame and cleaned up and rebuilt. The engine was taken apart cleaned and inspected, all new bearings, seals, and gaskets were reinstalled. Right side water pump and clutch housing was rebuilt with new bearing and seals. New 1.5mm oversized piston and rings were installed in the top end, it has a pro circuit pipe with a couple small dings in it with a DG silencer. Carburetor was cleaned and jetted with new UNI air filter and carbon reeds. The frame was powder coated, the front forks were cleaned up, inspected and reinstalled on the frame as was the front wheel, all bearings were lubricated before install, master cylinder and brake calipers were cleaned and new brake fluid installed. The swing arm was cleaned up and new bearings were installed as was the pivot connection joints, and the rear shock was rebuilt with new oil and nitrogen and bump guard by AEO sports using Race Tech seals with new upper and lower bearings. rear wheel is new as is the sprockets and chain. It has new UFO front and rear fenders with a UFO front number plate, side plates and tank shrouds are OEM and tank has been polished and the seat has had a new cover installed on it. This bike has not been started since the completion but has good spark and compression. This will be a no reserve bid starting at $2900.00 Full payment will be due 7 days after bid award date by Bank transfer, I will contact the winning bidder with the transfer information, this bike DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE but will come with a bill of sale, it is being sold AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY IMPLIED. It will be the total responsibility of the winning bidder to make arrangements for shipping and shipping cost's and I will make myself available to help with the shipper for loading. This bike came out very nice and the reason for selling is I already have a 85 CR500 in my collection and do not need another.
