1966 Ford Mustang No Reserve 3 Day Auction Shelby G.T. 350 Tribute V8 289 "A Code" 4 Barrel 4 Speed Manual With Disc Brakes Up for a 3 day auction is my 1966 Ford Mustang This is a no reserve auction, whoever is the highest bidder in 3 days will own this car! Please bid responsibly and with intent to purchase, be sure to view all photos, read my entire description including my terms of bidding, and have all finances in order before placing a bid This is a not your ordinary mustang coupe, with its shelby style hood, side scoops, billett grill, emblems and stripes this car stands out from all the rest out there This is an a code mustang and has what i believe to be its original v8 289 with a 4 barrel carb tied to a 4 speed manual transmission with factory disc brakes, a super rare and hard to find combo, which took me 2 years to find! The engine and transmission were rebuilt 3 years ago according to the previous owner, the car has ran well during the entire time i have owned it, she sounds very healthy and has a great sounding dual exhaust, it could however use a tune up to get it to run "perfect" The hood scoops and side scoops were molded onto the car, also the gas cap was moved to the trunk, i like how it looks with the smooth panel, but if you dont all it needs is to be drilled out and then install the filler neck to the original hole, the stripes were painted, the paint is not perfect, not concourse 100 point show car or barret jackson condition, i was told by a professional detailer that i should "color sand and buff" the car, my intentions however were to completely repaint the car to get it to a show car level, it wouldnt be hard because this is a very straight car, but my father has gotten ill and i dont drive this car all that much so it is time to sell to cover some of the medical bills The interior in the car is in really nice shape, it is the pony style interior that looks gorgeous, seats are in great shape as well as the carpet and headliner This car was in arizona most of its life so it is super solid through out showing nice floors and trunk This is a great oppertunity to purchase a hard to find a code 4 speed mustang, and would be a great investment as these cars are going up in value!
