1975 Beau James Limited Edition Long Bed Pickup. The Beau James was the top of the line special edition in 1975. They built 4000 of these trucks (what I am told from a few Beau James owners, collectors and reading). These trucks came with everything GMC had to offer in 1975. AC, Power Disk Brakes (Heavy Duty), Cruise Control, tinted glass, tilt wheel. Then topped off with a Custom Color, Custom Hood Ornament, Custom Floor Mats, Beau James emblem on bed. Burlwood interior trim, Velour Seat. Bed Side Rails, Bed Cover, and Driving Lights. Sold New at Hammack’s GMC in Enterprise Oregon on 5-27-1975. I have the original Owner’s Manual and Warranty card from new. Truck is bone stock under the hood. All glass is excellent, Interior is clean, carpets are originals (which goes to the condition of the truck). The dash is original but cracked. The truck does need to be painted again if you want it to look new, or you could just leave it as an original survivor. I have a clear Washington title in my name. This is the 454 big block model.
