For sale is a dependable 2002 Ford Explorer Limited 4.6L V8 for sale. I bought this car in July of 2015 for my son to drive as a winter car and planned to do that again this winter until he bought a different car he can drive year round. The bad; this car has some rust around the wheel wells and on the door which Explorers seem to get. The power locks will unlock, but not lock with the switch. When you drive, they lock automatically. Also, the paint is not in the greatest shape. The good; everything else works. This is a limited so it has leather, auto climate control (the AC and heat work great), sunroof, and heated seats. Since I have owned it I have fixed/installed;Installed 4 matching General tires that currently have 5000 miles on themTiming chain kit and cover including chain guides a known issue with these engines.Valve cover gasket to fix a small oil leakSteering gearTie rod end and ball jointThermostat and heater control valveFront brakes (rotors/pads)This car has been super dependable and started all last winter sitting out on my driveway.
