This is being relisted due to a non-paying bidder. This should go without saying but, Please do not bid if you are unable to complete a transaction. This is a NO RESERVE auction for this 1973 Lincoln Continental Mark iv .This would make a great cruiser Or Build your own Hot Rod Lincoln. This is a 43 year old vehicle so expect some rust spots, bad paint, scratches and dings. The hood is the worst part and does have rust through over each headlight, there is also a spot rusted through directly over the driver side front wheel. Other rust spots seem to be surface rust but they may need more when fixed. The car has been sitting inside for the last several years. and I am selling the building I had it stored in. I have not started the car in several months but I will test it this week and update the listing as to whether it runs or not. All four tire are up and look very good and all hubcaps are present. The trunk area all seems good and solid. This is a Big Block 460 engine. Bid to own it NO RESERVE!!!! Pickup must be scheduled. I can help load onto a trailer if needed.On Aug-29-16 at 08:12:57 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE 8-29-2016 The under hood check showed the radiator to be full and antifreeze was green covering all coils and looked good. The engine oil was low on the dipstick, but was still in the safe operating range and looked pretty clean. When I put a battery in it and primed the carb. it started without hesitation but would not stay running. The gas gauge is reading as empty so I will add a little more gas and update again tomorrow. I also have all key including the locking gas cap and a clean and clear title in my name.On Aug-30-16 at 12:54:51 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE 8-30-2016 The car runs!!! I added two gallons of fuel, the gauge now reads just below an eight tank and it will run off of the fuel in the tank.On Sep-19-16 at 23:55:59 PDT, seller added the following information: on 9-19-2016 I tested the car and the Transmission pulls as it should in forward and reverse although the fluid level was somewhat low on the dipstick , I drove it around my property. The engine sounds very good and strong and revs up as it should with no unusual noises. also there are no trouble light on in the dash. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions.
