1991 Cadillac Sedan Deville Classic Car - Needs TLC Poor Condition - Transmission Starts in 2nd Gear. Will not shift to 1st or 4th Gear. Details: Transmission was rebuilt 30,000 miles ago with new bands and rebuilt pulleys. I'm guessing this is a 1-4 valve sticking issue. Engine is in Great Condition. Car Starts, Runs and Drives Fine. No Overheating. New Spark Plugs, Aftermarket Performance Catalytic Converter. This Car does NOT Pass Smog Test due to High HC The Good: Brand New 900 CCA Battery (less than 1 month old) 2 New 15" Tires (6 months old) Heat 4.9 Liter V8 Tinted Windows Alpine CD Player This is a good car to get back and forth to work on the highway in the condition it's in now. Gets about 22 miles/gallon. But due to the transmission not shifting into 1st gear this car is not good for short trips in the city that require a lot of stopping and starting. Other minor issues include a power steering pump leak, ABS Light, needs a cap for the coolant reservoir. With a transmission fix you can probably get another 30,000 miles on this car without major problems. No Surface Rust. Very little underbody rust. Car is from Arizona. Needs door panel trim (see last picture)
