1957 Triumph TRW, Twin 500cc, Side Valve Flathead, VIN# 26104NA, Engine# TRW26104NA, mileage 12,989. It's in excellent condition, with a clear California title. Reason for selling: making room in my collection for some new additions. You can see my other auction item, my 1966 BMW R27.The bike's history, as it was told to me when I purchased it:The previous owner purchased this bike at the Mid America Auction in Minneapolis, MN in May of 1996. The bike comes with the original Auction card, which states, that the bike had been restored with new paint, new tires, new exhaust, and runs like new. Also included is a copy of the Minnesota title showing the bike had 12,988 miles on it at that time. When I purchased it, the mileage read 12,989 and I placed it in my collection without starting it.Please note that the paint work is very nice, but does have has some flaws. You can see them in the pictures where the front of the gas tank meets the tank mounting bracket.This is a no reserve auction so please look at all the pictures and ask any questions before you bid.
