Street legal. Has headlights. tail lights, blinkers, seat belts front and back.Starts and runs very good.Drives and handles good.Transmission shifts smoothDoes not smoke or burn any oil. This is an original Shriners Parade Dune Buggy. Has been used as a parade car for the past 12 years.Always garaged when not used.2 years ago the engine was built along with a new clutch assembly.Comes with a tow bar and light hook up for towing. Just plug in to the truck harness.The dune buggy runs very strong. All of the power you could ever need.It is loud. Its as loud as a Harley. Ebay does have baffles that you can add to tone it down for about $15.00 each. Personally I like the sound. This is not one of the thin bodies. It is heavy thick fiberglass. I added a close up of the finish to show the metallic finish. Over all this is a very nice, clean VW buggy that you can drive anywhere with full confidence. Please ask any questions you might have. After reviewing many other Manx bodies this one appears to be the same. Does not have the original Gel coat finish but appears to be original otherwise.
