It was purchased usedby Greater Southern Tier Board of Cooperative Educational Services (GST BOCES) and had been used as a training vehicle by the school. . Has lots of rust as seen in the pictures.This vehicle has been out of service for a long time, does NOT run. Is very rusty. Selling for scrap or parts.
