2000 VW Golf TDI, I get between 500-540 miles per tank. If you are looking for a dependable car to get you to and from work this is it. I'm the second owner , I've had it for two years, never wrecked. Excellent power, excellent acceleration , new rear brakes, new timing belt, new starter, new rear shocks, there is a plug in for the winter that keeps the engine coolant warm for easy cold starts with hatchback and fold down seats. Cons.... Heater in the winter isn't super strong, front right side has rust, front left side has rust, I broke trim off interior by passenger side leg by accident, I broke some small dials off of the radio face by accident. This a great car for a teenager. I'm sad to see it go but we are downsizing everything and have too many vehicles for two people.
