Here we have a 1964 Porsche 356C Coupe, Chassis #215761. Engine was upgraded to a '65 912 engine #830169. The restoration stalled and the owner sold the car unfinished. As it sits, it runs and drives, but the engine needs some fine tuning. The engine is very strong and pulls with gusto through all the gears. There has been a lot of work done to the car, including various new engine seals, a rebuilt fuel pump, new oil lines and a variety of other maintenance and refreshment items. The exterior is a repaint and shines brightly but has some flaws. Interior was started, the front seats were recovered but the rest of it needs restoration. The brakes are strong. There was some amateur repair work done underneath, so some old rust repairs will need attention, along with some additional work, please see pics. When finished, this will be a beautiful example of the finest iteration of the 356 - a disc brake coupe with a 912 engine. Blue with red interior is one of the most striking color combinations out there. This will surely be a car that will stand out at any event!
