Vehicle Detail
Nice straight original Idaho care. The only rust on the car was in the rear quarter panels at both fenders and I had brand new Goodmark steel quarter panels installed. It was just painted in metallic Laguna Blue also called (Blue My Mind). This was a $5,000 base coat clear coat paint job by Ina's Auto Body. It is a current Corvette color and it is stunning. Side and rear moldings and emblems were shaved for the custom smooth look. This is a high performance drivetrain (FAST/QUICK). Both the engine and transmission were rebuilt less than 2,000 miles ago. The engine is a 87-95 center bolt valve cover 350 or 5.7L. It has a healthy cam, headers, dual exhaust, Edelbrock carb and Performer manifold. Engine has an MSD HEI distributor and new Roush Racing retro finned aluminum valve covers. It runs super and estimate it to have 350+ HP. The transmission was rebuilt with a shift kit and the shifts are firm, but not hard or obnoxious. It has a 10 bolt positrack differential. Guessing 3:73 gears, but not positive.New rubber at windows and doors, new dash, new carpet laid over sound barrier, new front windshield. Original 73 grille was replaced with 75 grille and it has a NOS SS grille emblem and the original idiot light dash was replaced with an SS dash with all gauges including tach. It also has an SS steering wheel. It looks like an SS car, but it is a clone. Also has new shocks. New high quality spray in bed liner.New Pioneer Bluetooth stereo with 4 speakers. Excellent sound system!Tires are new and wheels are older Western Mag wheels. Was planning on replacing with new Legend Vision mags, but have not installed them yet. They look exactly like the old classic American Racing Torque Thrust D wheels of that vintage. Original (dash) odometer showed 9,435 miles and I am sure it had turned over. The SS dash shows 43,590 miles. If you go to NADA guides this car has an average retail of $13,475 and a high retail of $22,575 for a fully restored car. This car has been fully restored and could easily be a show winner. This is NOT an average 1973 El Camino!!Reliable, fast and super sharp looking inside and out. You will be very impressed with how this car looks and drives. It floats like a Cadillac and is a pleasure to drive. Nothing to do, but drive, enjoy and show this car.Priced between average and high retail, but open to reasonable offers including trades. Consider a Harley, rat rod, classic or ??? in full or partial trade. Please call me if you have any questions Kurt 208-345-1400. Will sell internationally! Key words- Hot Rod, Muscle Car, Classic, Collectible, Australian Ute
