Although our Jeep Cherokee was built to order with off-road use in mind, it has actually never been driven off road. In fact, it hasn't been driven much in 4WD since we replaced our carport with a steep driveway with a new garage. We odered it without many of the features as power widows because we tend to keep vehicles for a long time and such features tend to break eventually. Our Jeep served mainly as a backup to our other cars, and has much less mileage than its typical contemporary. It has been well maintained and we have all service records and receipts. It has never been in an accident or collision and has no damage other than a very small ding in each door. Having spent its entire time in the San Francisco Bay Area, our Jeep is rust free. Neither one of us smokes and we don't eat in cars, so the interior is virtually pristine. All in all, our Jeep is in excellent condition. We just do not need it any more...it has been driven less than 1000 miles in the last few years.
