For auction 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport.89,018 actual, and verifiable miles.Cinnamon Hard Top, and very good to excellent Soft top.Full doors with role up windows.Carpeted Front, Back and rear, Compartment.4.0 (242 CI) in line six cylinder engine.Electronic Throttle body FI.5 Speed manual Transmission.Jeep Sound system with sound bar and four good speakers.Air Condition (blows very cold).This Jeep is in exceptional condition for it's year. It has not been off road since I have owned it, and it doesn't appear to have ever been off road.It has never been altered in any way. Suspension, sound system, exhaust, engine, etc, are all factory stock.The exterior is good, but does have some surface scratches, and a spot on the right front fender that has faded paint like maybe someone sat a leaky battery there. The interior is like wise very clean, and only has one puncture in drivers seat, like someone had something sharp in their back pocket. Other wise looks almost new.It's Mechanical condition is excellent. It runs very good, and as strong as any 4.0 I have ever owned. (We have 4 others right now, and I've had a dozen more over the past 15 years). The transmission is the same, tight, smooth, and strong, throughout the pattern. It rides beautifully, and handles great on the road. Besides the minor scratches, mottled paint spot on right front fender, and puncture in drivers seat, the only other things that need to be pointed out are: The Jeep has two different types of wheels (Same size, and off set) but different design, check photo's. Two are after market, and Three, two on jeep and spare are the OEM factory wheels.Also The drive belt has developed a chirp (took it for a short drive 2 days ago and heard it. I inspected it, and could find no problem, but if a adjustment doesn't stop it I will replace with a new beltThere is no rust in this Jeep. It's under frame, and body shows no signs of rust at all.I have not had it state inspected in a year, and it's time to give it a new home, as I hate to let something just sit.
