Many people feel that this particular 1983 Gold Wing Interstate was one of, if the best, Gold Wing. It is truly amazing to see a Gold Wing that has survived and has such low original miles on it and has remained in such excellent condition. Even the original decals are still intact and look beautiful. The paint is quite nice and the GL badges are beautiful. Yes, the bike was garage kept for its whole life and babied when ridden. Of course, I have the clear title to this bike.When you turn on the key and pull the choke on the engine sings to life just as a Gold Wing should! The bike idles, revs up and runs like it should. All of these lights light up like a Christmas Tree!! All of the lights around the bumpers and trunks light up and work as do all of the turn signals, etc.....This bike has the TRAC suspension kit upgrade on the front forks.This bike has a little over 32,000 miles on it and it looks, drives and runs like new.The tires are almost new Dunlop Elites, the correct tires for this bikeI have ridden this bike on a 260 mile round trip and found it to be very comfortable and easy to cruise all day.The N.A.D.A. Book Value for this bike are: Excellent $6105.00 Very Good $ 3800.00 Good $2115.00So, I think you will find that the bike is nice. Just examine the pictures, ask questions and bid with confidence.I don't want to go overboard and make you think it is a new bike because obviously the bike is not new. So please don't misunderstand my description here.The bike is 33 years old OK?. So yes, it could have possible latent defects that I am un-aware of as ANY old motorcycle can have. But to the best of my knowledge, this Gold Wing is a really excellent bike.The only things that I know of wrong with this bike are: radio is missing, the front and rear brakes are disc and both seem to maybe be a little squishy feeling?
