Offered for sale is an excellent example of a 2005 Wrangler TJ Unlimited (LJ) with 180,000 miles on the odometer. You aficionados of modern Jeeps already know and understand the scarcity and popularity of this iteration of the Jeep icon. This Jeep has never been wrecked, and has always been properly serviced. The Jeep was registered in New York, however the previous owner would drive cross country to Florida every year in it (snowbird), thus it has never seen a New England winter. The first owner was a retired military officer. He had aftermarket options added to it throughout the time he owned it and enjoyed the Jeep for ten years, using it every day; I am sure you can do the math 180k on the clock in 10 years is a lot of driving 90% of which was highway, however this Jeep was never off-roaded. The transmission was replaced by the dealer and has less than 10,000 miles on it, after the swap it will cruise at 2000 RPMs going 70 MPH all day. During the swap the engine was looked over and necessary replacements were made. Those of you who have been waiting for this Jeep will already know and appreciate its plethora of performance enhancements. My wife and I just had our first child, thus, begrudgingly this awesome truck must be sold.
