1983 Chevrolet C30 1ton Dually, 454 engine, automatic, 2WD, Silverado, Camper Special, pw, pl, air conditioning needs work and air compressor, VERY solid truck, has all trim, bumpers, lights.Truck is a southern, zero rust. Carpet is new. Truck is very solid, has all panels and parts and trim. Front and rear fenders are solid as well. Rocker panels are solid too. Previous owner decided to paint miscellaneous parts black under the hood during the time the engine was getting rebuilt. Radiator has small leak. Does not get gas when switched to passenger side. Cowboy Cadillac straight from 1983! Truck is very solid but keep in mind it is 33 years old and is not in perfect condition. It is a great truck to run around town in but probably not ready for a cross-country trip, it's been rarely driven over the past 21 years. One of the belts squeaks at start-up but stops after 2-3 seconds. The door jambs and hinges look to have very little age on them which leads me to think that it was well taken care of for most of its life. The paint is original but has a few spots that were touched up. The last title swap read 52,xxx miles before I had the title put in my name a month ago. Dash now reads 75,xxx miles. I purchased the truck recently from an old-timer that bought a newer diesel to pull his camper. I have not done a car fax. I know of a car shipping company that has very reasonable rates and travels from the east coast to the west coast within a couple weeks scheduling.
