Vehicle Detail
PLEASE, READ SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY! The vehicle MUST be towed. We do not do deliveries because we have no way of delivering it. The car is not in running condition at this time. I will slowly be working on it as the time goes on if not sold by then. All the parts comes with it just need a few new hoses clamps and few new bolts and nuts due to old ones are rusted. It all started with a Mechanic that didn't know what the world he was doing at all. It all started with the Timing Chain Replacement and it went down hill from there. Be honest that the Mechanic admitted to putting brake fluid in with the oil to break the part in faster ( which I never heard before ). With experience of engines if anybody put brake fluid in with motor oil it causes everything in the motor to swell and causes things to get off line and stuff. The car has sitting 3 weeks. No problems with the Transmission as I know, still pulls good, please keep in mind it is NOT A BRAND NEW transmission it does have miles on it.So here is all the mods that you need to know It has ( 4 ) brand new rubber tires that is around 50 miles old. Federal Super Steel 595 ( 245 / 50R16 98V ) V = 149 M.P.H. Speed RatingTread Wear : 260 Traction : ATemperature : ABrand new Timing Chain that is around 15 miles old. Brand new Oil Pump that is around 7 miles old. Fairly new Starter that has been put on around 200 miles ago.Brand new water pump. ( But now will need another brand new water pump due to mechanic aloud it to over heat and poured straight cold water in the radiator and did not let it cool off. Must let cool off due to Aluminum Heads).Brand new hoses for radiator.Brand new Thermostat ( 180 degree ) ( Will need another new Thermostat as well )Brand new heater hoses under the hood but still get what they call wet floor in the passenger back floor board.Had Royal Purple HPS Full Synthetic Motor Oil ( 10w - 40 ) put in it and the regular Royal Purple Full Synthetic Motor Oil as well. ( 10w - 40 )Had Royal Purple Radiator Flush and Royal Purple Ice in it as well. The Driver Side T - Top leaks when go through a car wash or a heavy down pour of rain. The Passenger Side T - Top does not leak as far as I know. The mileage on the vehicle I think is around 150,000 - 175,000 miles. I think. ( Cannot double check due to the battery is out of it.) Sorry. It will need a brand new Head Gasket replaced. I don't know about the heads themselves but the Head Gasket is a must. Haven't gotten that far to tear down yet. It will need new Rods and Bearing put in it as well. And anything else that needs to put on it. So in other words this would make a GREAT PROJECT CAR. I do not have the time to mess with this car. All it's doing is sitting around and getting mess with when I have time and that doesn't need the attention like that. I love my cars and I know that the " F " body are getting harder to find. Please feel free to ask any questions.
