Vehicle Detail
Extremely rare first year production 1967 Honda P50 with original owners manual. It has a clear Idaho title in my name. It is street legal and ready to ride. This little bike is also known as P25 and "Little Honda". These little bikes were only sold in 1967 and 1968. There were not a lot of these produced and even less still in existence. It has a 49cc 4 stroke engine that starts with ease and does not smoke. According to the previous owner, also from Idaho, the bike was only ridden in parades. I have ridden it around the block a few times and around town. She will do about 20-25 MPH. It is The Holy Grail of Honda collectors. It is guaranteed to turn heads at a stop light or a show. I am the second owner of this little gem. It runs great and everything works as it should with the exception of the horn and speedometer at the moment. I am sure the horn not working is caused by the battery needing to be charged as the horn worked last summer when I rode it. I'm not sure why the speedometer doesn't work. I will provide a new battery to the winning bidder. From what I can tell it is all original with the exception of the new proper sized tires and in line fuel filter that is nicely hidden behind the carburetor cover. The fuel tank appears to have been possibly repainted as it is a different shade of red. All of the plastic is in good usable shape. The fuel tank does not have any rust but does show some discoloration inside. The petcock works and does not leak. The seat is supple with no cracking. It has been kept indoors for most of its life. All of my bikes are stored every year with the fuel drained and kept in a climate controlled shop. The front fender does have the plastic cable guide broken off as seen in the pictures. The seat is slightly damaged on the left side. New seat covers are available on ebay. The photo showing the bolts missing from the rear fender is incorrect. I have put OEM bolts on as seen in the last photograph. The tail light lens has a slight crack in it. The crack is not noticeable unless you are at eye level with it. The pictures of the lights on is of the bike running. If I can assist with delivery in any way, I will. I will assist with shipping and crate the bike if requested. But only after final auction price is paid in full with certified funds or cash. Crate cost is $75.00 which includes a set of tie downs. Please feel free to ask any questions by either email or calling. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable if you opt to not pay in full. Mileage is unknown due to it not having an odometer. If you have a feedback score of less than five, please call 208-316-0188 before bidding or your bids will be cancelled. Due to non-paying bidders and scams, email or text will not replace a phone call.
