This vehicle was my dads pride and joy for 14+ years. He bought it used in 2001. I have been driving the car for the last 3 weeks while it has been in my possession and thing is really peppy and handles great. No dash lights on and just passed Emissions a few weeks ago here in Georgia. This SL is equipped with the AMG appearance sport package. Includes the AMG wheels, Halogen headlights, sport mirrors, and sport front and rear bumper. I have taken tons of pictures and even willing to take specifics if you want to see something in particular. Front bumper has met its faith with a curb a few time and the side of the garage when pulling in. I would recommend a few front bumper or proper repair. The rest of the body is pretty on par for a 17 year old car. The right passenger rear panel has a ding in it but with the car being silver you have to catch it from the right angle. This car was $100k+ when purchased new. Wheels are all round, some curb rash here and there. Some paint flaking from the center caps. I would just have them resprayed or plasti dipped. Seats have no rips or tears in the gray leather. Hard and soft top are included. Hardtop headliner needs to be re-glued. Otherwise in great shape. Soft top is newer and in excellent condition. All top features work as they should. Steering wheel could use a cover as it feels a little like rhino skin. Radio antenna is stuck in one position. I tried to look at it but didn't dig too deep into it. Does not affect anything as all stations still worked for me. As for the good. You can drop the top and cruise in style. The 302hp 5.0 does 0-60 in 6 seconds. Tires look good and brakes checked out. Sold as-is. On Apr-15-16 at 10:41:10 PDT, seller added the following information: Just went to fire up the car and do my usual lap for the week in it to keep fluids moving and noticed my right rear tire was flat. Just ordered two new tires for the rear so those will be installed by end of auction.
