LET ME START BY SAYING IM NO EXPERT ON THESE JEEPS. I'm selling for a friend this is a 1967 jeep jeepster commando pickup as far as I know. the vin# is 870501613649 BODY TAG IS PAINT #226 TRIM #272 TOP #13. I COULD NOT FIND A VIN DECODER FOR JEEPSTER. I have had one person tell me it is a truck ,I have had another person tell me it was a convertible and one told me it was both said they called these jeeps transformers. That being said it has a v-6 3 speed 4x4 starts right up runs good, shifts good 4x4 works ,locking hubs turn good a little stiff .radio missing orig. floor mat not the orig. seats but they are comfortable I'm 6ft 300 lbs. and can drive quite easily. rides like an old jeep. all lights work. heater blower works but heater hose is not connected. windshield wipers work. back window missing. some amateur body work done on fenders needs redone dents and dings and scratches as you can see. bed has rust and some pinhole rust through areas. under carriage in good shape. Tires are 700.0 15 hold air but are dry rotted. all glass is good except back window missing. this would make a great ranch farm or cabin truck as-is still has a lot of miles in it. or a great started for a restoration. if you have any questions please email or call me.
