This is one of the few Liberty TURBO DIESEL models -- less than 1% of all Jeep Liberties made were the diesel "CRD". Southern vehicle, so IS NOT infected with the New England road rust from all the salt. Please see the included photos to see that body rust is not present. The exterior and interior of this vehicle are in very good shape. Vehicle is currently registered in Rhode Island, and has received all the following upgrades / maintenance during a recent (10/15-03/16) moderate overhaul: -Green Diesel Engineering ECO tune (adds reliability, power and boosts mileage) -2nd Generation fuel filter head -Replaced turbocharger -New boost hoses (IDParts) -ARP studs installed (head) -Timing belt change (+ water pump) with all pulleys and tensioner replaced -Replaced all rocker arms / cam followers -Meziere in-line thermostat, 195°F -New Oil Cooler -ProVent 200 CCV filter -New Rear shocks -New serpentine belt & tensioner -Transmission serviced with filters replaced -Rear differential serviced The 2.8-liter four-cylinder common-rail diesel engine, this one professionally diesel tuned by Green Diesel Engineering, produces 188 HP and 335 TQ at 1,800 rpm while increasing mileage by 2-4 mpg over stock. This tune also eliminates ALL EGR related issues with the vehicle. I have used this tune extensively. The jeep stopped running on them, so they gave it to an employee who'd planned on working on it, but never got to it. It found it's way to me last summer as part of a deal. I found the reason why it stopped, and fixed it. However, I think the head gasket may be bad, and I need to focus my attention to finishing my boat before summer. Also, the Mrs. has run out of patience with my yard looking like a Liberty CRD parking lot (I have 3 here right now.) If you have questions, please ask now, because time is quickly running out.
