This Corvette is truly rare being 1 of only 2,357 factory Yellow vette’s built in 1979 and how many of them were ordered with a factory 4 speed manual transmission and ordered without factory AC. This Corvette features a newer fantastic paint job, a restored black leather interior which is in excellent condition, a super desirable 4 speed manual transmission, and a very nice running 350 engine which is not original to the car. This Corvette is very solid with great lines and gaps and shows no signs of visible rust anywhere around the car. This Corvette is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Yellow(code 52) over Black leather (code 192) interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified by the trim tag pictured below. Exterior The Yellow exterior is in terrific restored show condition. This Corvette was treated to a recent professional paint job in the factory yellow color which shows extremely well, and all new emblems were added. The paint is in excellent condition and the frame is solid. Both bumpers are in excellent shape shape with no flaking or fading paint. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires were just replaced and have less than 50 miles on them and are correctly sized 225/70/15 and the wheels are OEM fully restored originals and in wonderful shape with no curb rash and shine beautifully. We have a receipt for $400 for new tires from 3/2016. The t tops come on and off nicely and fit snug and do not rattle while driving. All glass is “LOF” original glass. The headlights go up and down as they should and work nicely. Interior The Black leather interior of this Corvette is in spectacular restored condition. The seat covers have been recently replaced and are in perfect condition with no signs of wear. The carpet has been replaced and is like new with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in great condition with no fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a modern Kenwood CD mp3 player with 4 new speakers. The door panels are in excellent condition with no wear and both door pulls are solid and in tact. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should even the clock but the oil gauge is not working correctly. The horn, stereo, wipers, power windows, and fan blower also work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever. Mechanical This Corvette is in great mechanical condition and we have driven it numerous times and it always performs very well and is a true joy to drive. The 350 engine is not original to the car but it looks stock and correct and runs very well and seems to be recently serviced. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. The previous owner of this Corvette kept meticulous care of the car and regular maintenance was performed and several items were fixed and upgraded. This Corvette is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. The clutch feels good and it shifts easily in and out of gear. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory non AC car which really cleans up the engine bay and has a nice uncluttered look. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Ohio law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Ohio to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. Payment Terms: Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A deposit in the amount of $950.00 must be received within Twenty-Four (24) hours of the auction close typically by PayPal ( PayPal for deposit only NOT for full payment). Purchaser cannot make any claims of ownership to said vehicle without payment in full. The buyer has seven (7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If an inspection or decision takes longer than seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auctions close. Documentation Fee: There will be a $150.00 domestic and $250.00 international fee added to each car sold. This includes title transfer, inventory tax, holding costs, vehicle preparation, storage and priority documentation delivery. We will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We are just being realistic; most of the cars we deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and your expectation should not be of a perfect, new car. Once full payment has been received, Seller will mail a copy of clear title, Bill of Sale, Buyers Guide and additional BMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via mail. The fully-executed forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle.
