Vehicle Detail
We bought this Inferno Red 2005 Dodge Magnum RT in November 2007. We have used this car exclusively as our “road car” for trips and vacations. The 82815 miles are 98% highway miles. It has never seen snow or slushy streets so there is no rust and should remain rust free. That is also why there are no door dings or paint damage. There are faint bug stains on the front and one small paint chip on the driver’s door. The remainder is immaculate. The interior is light grey leather with black carpets. There is a wood grain interior dress up kit that really does dress up the interior. I included a close up picture of the driver’s seat bolsters to show that there is no wear. I have kept the seats clean and regularly conditioned the leather. We have followed the Dodge maintenance schedule and used only Mobil 1. All service has been done at the local Dodge dealer – no amateur mechanics. We added a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system, a K&N CAI and a VIPER remote start and alarm system. You will notice there are some exterior dress up items as well. I have the stock tail lights, floor mats and “mud guards” which I never installed. We also installed factory SRT rims and 245/45ZR20 tires. These tires are nearly new with less than 5000 miles on them and are BFG g-force comp-2 tires. The car has every option offered except NAV and roof rack. As short list of the options include 6 disc in dash CD changer, heated seats, both front seats power, sunroof, power adjustable pedals, Hemi, two key fobs, floor mats, and more. My wife recently retired and we bought a new car for traveling so the Magnum needs a new home.
