The car is an original California car 40ALEXC 6CSK407 which reveals that it is a Thunderbird originally peacock blue with peacock blue and white interior with a March 6, 1956 build date and was the 407 car built by Ford that day. The car was delivered to Hughson's Ford in San Francisco and sold on September 17, 1956 to E. O. Stanley who was in the Military. The car was then sold to the same family that had the car for 50+years when I bought it. I have had all the work done at Prestige Thunderbird in Santa Fe Springs which include rebuilt carburetor, remove intake manifold and reseal valley pan, replace vacuum lines, replace muffler, install rear main seal kit, replace manifold gaskets, new shocks, replace heater core and heater hoses, add air conditioning, replace clock with quartz, add secret audio, new speakers, tune up, rebuilt steering box, replace upper and lower control arm bush, upper ball joint seals. All new rubber seals for doors, top and trunk. 312 V8 engine for cruising the highways with speed and comfort. Motor runs great and looks impressive with the factory dress up kit. All work done by Prestige Thunderbird in Santa Fe Springs. All work done over the past four years and receipts given to the lucky new owner. The car is located in Los Angeles where it is driven weekly. The car has both a hardtop and a white soft top along with a tonneau cover. The car has been featured in Thunderbird shows where it has won several awards. No expense spared in the continuing refurbishment of this beautiful and fun driving car. .
