1963 Buick Electra 225 - 401 Nailhead - 12" Finned Aluminum Drum Brakes - ORIG 1963 Buick Electra 225 Wildcat 445 Engine (401 Nailhead) SEE MANY LARGE PHOTOS BELOW! This is a very fine car with only 49,500 original miles on the odometer. Was purchased new in by my great grandmother when she was 83, handed down to my grandmother, Was literally driven to town/church about once a week and was always parked in the barn. Spent it's entire life in Wyoming and never saw salty roads or a wet humid climate.Runs and drives great. The interior is in absolutely amazing condition as seats had double seat covers on them since new. Almost flawless. Power steering, Power windows, Power seats, Power Antenna. Everything works as it should. Includes original jack and spare tire. Also some misc replacement parts I've picked up. VIN# 8J4027768 445 Wildcat Engine (401 "Nailhead") with 2 speed DynaFlow automatic transmission.Absolutely no rust out, and very minimal surface rust/paint fade. Recent replacements include a new windshield, new group 27 battery, fuel pump, filter and fuel line, spark plugs and wires. It's only downfall is that the exterior does has some blemishes. (see above about kept in a barn) Dings down the side and some small dents here and there. Only one piece of trim needs replaced if restoring. All other trim is shiny and bright! Keep it original patina paint or redo the paint and have a spectacular show ready car. If you are a auto body guy, this would make a great project as everything else is great! Personally I'd just leave it and drive it! Call it a cheap, reliable, classy and SAFE transportation. Seat belts for 4, Trunk as big as a smart car, Still has the original washer bottle in the engine compartment and original KEY. BLOWER blows at all speeds quietly BONDO=NONE, (ORIGINAL PAINT, Never been resprayed)  LEAKS: minimal from engine and transmission. (NOTE, That dynaflow transmission was notorious for leaking, if you find one that doesn't leak something is wrong)   BURN OIL: NEVER. it's clean and smoke free!
